'The Estate We're In' airs 15th March on BBC One

    Two Step Films' latest project 'The Estate We're In' will be broadcast Tuesday 15th March at 10.45pm on BBC One.

    Filmed over a year this film tells the stories of people caught in the middle of the housing crisis as they are forced to leave their homes on the West Hendon council estate to make way for a multi-million pound luxury housing development.

    'The day I went to the estate, representatives of the private developers, the architects and the council had set up a mini-exhibition in the estate's community centre, with graphic representations of the new buildings and architects’ models showing the plans for the new development, but the centre was also full of protesting residents, angry at the way they were being treated.
